Eamon Coy
2005 LOWT Off-Stage Award Recepient for The Keegan Theatre
Of all the many extreme pendulum swings that happened to Keegan Theatre in the 2004-2005 Season, one of the best, on a definite upbeat, was having Eamon Coy as our resident stage manager. Simply put, the kid's a genius and everybody loves him!

Eamon graduated from Episcopal High School in Alexandria in June of 2004 with a plan to attend New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in Fall 2005. His gap year became Keegan's good fortune.

Eamon began with Keegan as stage manager for An Island of No Land At All, the Story of O'Malley of Shanganagh and went on to brilliantly manage a multitude of other behind the scenes tasks and responsibilities including Keegan's 2004 Ireland Tour production, True West, and the juggling of - two outreach shows, The Sound of Music and The Taming of the Shrew during the same time as our own main stage production, The Playboy of the Western World.

Words alone do not seem apt enough to convey Eamon's commitment, trustworthiness, creativity, skills, dependability, level of responsibility, and integrity.
