The Keegan Theatre would never have existed without Don Wright.

 

As one of the founders, Don has worked tirelessly in every way to support the theatre. Whether buying construction supplies for a set or concessions for the front-of-the-house, whether running the box office, which he has done for every production to date [Spring 2003] or striking a set, whether attending production meetings or attending performances of The Keegan Theatre in Ireland, Don has been there.

 

Don is the type of person who never holds back. His love and passion for the success of The Keegan Theatre is observed on a daily basis by the rest of the staff.

 

It is totally fitting that Don should receive the first-ever LOWT Off-Stage Honor for The Keegan Theatre.
